Sheet metal repair is one of our specialties. We have a well equipped sheet metal shop including a 30” band saw, 48” shear, 48” brake, 48” roller, 24” electric beading machine, 24” “C” frame dimpler, 60 ton hydraulic/pneumatic press, etc.. We have completed several major sheet metal projects including aluminizing Ercoupe wings, removing and replacing the majority of a Baron model 55 tail due to corrosion, and a gear up repair on a Piper Aerostar 701P. In the event of needing a DER we have worked closely with a local firm to complete major repairs in the past. No sheet metal job is too big or too small.
